Being a digital accelerator for helping brands build and leverage their online presence, Timespade (“us, we”) understands the importance of providing a transparent platform where subscribers of our services (“Subscribers”) have full disclosure of the terms of their purchase and where those terms meet certain minimum requirements.

For that reason, we have created the following requirements, represented in the given page (“Refund and Cancellation Policy”), governing the refund and cancellation policies of paid services facilitated on Timespade and is agreed to by us:

 

1. Pre-subscription queries: In case you have any queries with the services, the same should be resolved before subscribing. We provide a dedicated support desk available via WhatsApp and on email, to answer any questions you might be having regarding the services you are purchasing. No cancellation or refund requests will be entertained after purchasing a paid service.

2. Guarantees: None of the services offered by Timespade guarantees a specific amount of business or funding or recognition. If any representative of Timespade promises the same, kindly reach out to us at contact@timespade.com. No cancellation or refund requests will be entertained on the basis of any assumptions, not expressly mentioned on our website.

3. Costs incurred: Based on your subscription, Timespade pays the cost of experienced team members, who invest their time on completing the deliverables committed to you. For this reason, we follow a no refund and cancellation policy.
